第七十六条 有下列行为之一的，处一千元以上二千元以下罚款；情节严重的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处二千元以下罚款：
（四）发现违反治安管理行为人有其他违法行为的，在对违反治安管理行为作出处罚决定的同时，通知或者移送有关主管机关处理。
